Aldez Mezcal Espadín 750ml

Aldez Mezcal Espadín 750ml is an unaged mezcal artesanal made from 100% Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia). Aldez states that only the heart of the second distillation is used. The expression is bottled at 44% ABV in a 750ml format.

The nose opens with cooked agave, green apple, and wood. Chopped agave follows on the palate with mesquite and caramel, building toward a long, warm, sweet finish. The profile centers cooked and chopped agave, balancing fresh apple, wood, and mesquite against caramel sweetness while keeping the unaged Espadín character at the forefront.
