Aldez Mezcal Ensamble 750ml

Built from Espadín, Jabalí, and Tobalá agaves, Aldez Ensamble is an artisanal mezcal from San Juan del Río in Oaxaca. Aldez identifies it as unaged, and the three-agave composition gives this expression a distinctly layered character while keeping agave at the center. The producer describes it as sustainably produced.

Aldez lists cooked agave and campfire on the nose, followed by subtle smoke, agave, and earth on the palate. The finish is long and semi-sweet, bringing the profile to a measured close. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
