135 East Hyogo Dry Gin 750 mL

Named for the 135° East meridian that runs through Akashi City, 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin brings European gin botanicals together with yuzu, shiso leaf, sencha tea, ume, and sansho pepper. The botanicals are distilled separately, and sake is added in the final distillation to lend a softer sweetness while preserving each component’s character.

Bright yuzu citrus leads into herbal sencha and shiso, with warming sansho-pepper spice on the finish. Crafted by Kaikyo Distillery in Hyogo, Japan, this Japanese artisan gin is bottled at 42% ABV in a 750 mL bottle.
